最近慢跑 好累好累...不知道該怎辦 - 減肥

保持每天運動的習慣已經兩個多了
一般都是 下午 跑校園跑6公里(慢跑) 再走回自己的實驗室
大概每天跑步的路程約7.6公里 大約1小時10分鐘
跑了兩個月 體重從92 -->84.5 體脂 30%-->25%
相當有成就感 也想一鼓作氣減到 70 再跟喜歡的女生告白(目標)
減肥算有很良好的目標 實驗室的人大大的支持我
最近跑步 每天的份量都是還是沒有改變 1hr10min 7.6 公里
可是最近每天都很累 累的程度就好像剛開始運動第二天痠痛的感覺一樣
全身都很燙 感覺身體有一點失衡的感覺 最近都因為身體不太舒服
昨天經過一天好好休息以後 今天還是一樣累
不知道有沒有大大可以提供我解決的方法
飲食的部分
飲食習慣 不愛吃油炸 不消夜 偏愛吃清淡 不愛吃甜食
不喝甜飲料(無糖茶類佔9成以上)
早上一杯咖啡 一杯綠茶 每天喝水 3500以上
早餐 早餐店 或 牛肉湯+肉燥飯
午餐 70% 吃猴頭菇蓋飯+燙青菜 偏清淡(素食) / 30% 炒飯,or便當
晚餐 和實驗室的人一起吃 (湯麵,便當,...) 60%
自己吃 素食 (鍋燒冬粉+燙青菜) 40%
因為之前 每天跑步都沒有發生太疲倦的問題
小弟懷疑自己是不是營養失衡 造成我最近太累的關係
希望有經驗的鄉民 可以提供我一點建議 感謝

最近想要開一個臉書 社團約5~8人 每天互相討論一下自己運動的狀況
或在台南 東區這邊 可以每天一起慢跑 一起運動 吃飯的減肥咖
也可以彼此打氣 加油 (麻煩站內信給我摟)
