對我而言,我從來不去算基代
當然算基代對減肥一定有正面的作用
一來是我懶...
二來是每天算基代,又吃的剛剛好就會瘦嗎?
不吃在正確的時間,一樣瘦不了
甚至會胖
假設我一天的基代在1800
是不是吃滿1800那就好了?
那早上起床吃滿1800就夠啦....
多省事
還要算中午多少晚上多少嗎?
當然不會是這樣
就像中午吃了麻辣鍋吃到飽,熱量破千的吧
那熱量可以撐到隔天,但我下午四點又餓了
每個時間會有他的需要,多吃了沒用,吃少了更慘
吃在正確的時間會好很多
我大概只能說這個概念,因為我從不算基代
餓了我就吃,但該吃多少是各人要去拿捏的(約6~8分)
我現在一天六到八次進食....就是餓了就吃
除了正餐外,我都是補充蛋白質跟碳水化合物
話說晚上不吃澱粉....這個當然會瘦
可是妳要吃大量的蛋白質去補這個缺...
(至少我是這樣做)

不過我這樣做的前提是
我前天已經練到胸背腿腹全都在酸才會這樣吃
最易算的還是碳水化合物....
