最近考試考完了
想來減肥一下
大概有兩個月的時間在放假,想有效率的減肥
目前是17歲身高175體重90公斤
早餐是都沒吃,吃中餐和晚餐
(早餐不吃一部分的原因是懶的去買...)
不是很常吃零食,平均起來三個禮拜才吃一包的樣子
平常是完全沒有在運動,體育課也是在偷懶(自食惡果QAQ)
若是不改掉飲食習慣,轉而長時間做慢跑有可能會瘦嗎?
看置底文有說到有氧瘦全身
目前看到比較適合我的應該是慢跑的運動
原地跑步和慢跑比起來效率會比較差嗎?
不過聽版友說90公斤跑步會很傷膝蓋,適度的休息會比較不傷嗎
另外有板友聽過過五不食這個東西嗎?
不曉得有沒有用呢?
