最近的訓練身體方式 - 健身

想問一下板上的大大,最近的訓練方式都是以最近很紅的科學7分鐘高強度間歇訓練做兩輪後,在做一個3000公尺的慢跑,然後晚上睡前1小時再做8分鐘的腹肌訓練,不知道這樣的訓練對於塑身效果o不ok
