一直以來都會準備便當,不過男友最近在增肌減脂所以對便當比較要求一點,最常煮的就是
水煮花椰菜跟雞胸肉跟鱸魚了,但是就變成我要煮兩份主餐,因為我是不太愛吃雞胸肉的,
所以一直在研發很多雞胸肉的料理,不然煮飯時間拉好長。
不知道這樣的份量以及菜色對於增肌減脂還算ok嗎?有沒有推薦簡單又好吃的菜色呢

其他便當是順便煮賣給同事賺外快的
但健身減脂的好難啊,菜色已經快用完了???
