時間水飯分離瘦了多少,體脂肪降多少
聽得我都有心動了

不過當中有幾點我暫時法接受,所以想說提出來問問大家看法
1.早上起床不要喝水?!
2.晚上大量喝水?!
這跟以前健身運動的觀念完全不同
