最近運動完後一直想吃甜食 - 健身

我算是一個喜歡運動的人,最近的運動類型蠻固定的,
清晨慢跑,大概落在7分速,跑10公里,晚上就會在家
騎自行車訓練台,時間大概落在60-90分鐘之間,算是
有點強度的,二個運動加起來預估的熱量大概有1200
大卡,這種訓練狀況大概有一個月了。
慢跑完後吃早餐,也不用特別吃什麼補給,自行車騎完
之後,常會吃些麵包、香蕉、喝乳清、水煮蛋……,大
概吃個500大卡左右。
不過有時怎麼吃也吃不飽,會有爆食1000大卡以上的狀
況,不過或許運動量夠大,體重長期算是往下掉的。
最近運動完後,吃麵包也是愈吃愈餓,吃蛋、雞胸肉也
吃不飽,胃像是無底洞似的,永遠填不滿,改吃糙米飯
、玉米、地瓜也沒什麼用處,倒是換成吐司抹巧克力,
或是紅豆餅之類的甜食,心裡馬上得到滿足,感覺就不
太餓了。
不過天天吃甜食、蛋糕之類的東西,就算熱量控制得不
錯,也沒關係嗎?不知道板友有沒有一直想吃甜食的慾
望,需要克制自己想吃甜食的慾望嗎?
