現在已經有健身習慣的你各位
這麼久沒去健身房會不會覺得不舒服
離我家3分鐘路程的worldgym
本來暫停到5/28現在要延到6/14
已經快棟美條了...
真的是世界上最遙遠的距離…
這一兩個禮拜我維持大肌群都是靠伏地挺身
門框引體向上、抱家裡屁孩負重深蹲
拿大水桶二頭彎舉、飛鳥、三頭屈伸
做多次數多組數其實也是蠻有感受的
但還是槓啞鈴和器材做起來比較舒服
看板上的巨巨分享轟菌真的流口水
大家還有靠什麼方式來維持體態和肌肉量勒?
最後也希望疫情能快點趨緩 回到正常生活 加油...
不然不知道各大健身產業要怎麼撐下去QQ
