會做不一樣的有氧嗎 - 健身

小弟現在除了主要的重訓外都會有氧增加熱量消耗
有氧就是在WG跑跑步機 飛輪 划船機這樣
因為從小都不太喜歡跑步 所以跑步機幾乎都用最少
多半都是騎飛輪跟划船機
但是有氧會因為這動作習慣了 所以對於熱量消耗開始減少嗎?
應該要和重訓一樣做不同的動作來讓身體去適應嗎?
還是單純拉高強度就可以了呢 謝謝
