之前不大理解暖身組的意思
以為就是一般熱身這樣
最近看了蓋伊的舊影片才理解原來暖身組之後還有適應組
就暖身最輕一組暖身20下,
適應組慢慢加重5-6下3組
然後正式重量4組12下,
最後重量減半加個衝刺組20下
正式組如果做不好還會放掉當作無效休息再來過
假設組間休息40秒,
暖身20下秒60秒,
適應組20秒,
正式組45秒(包最後撐力竭那幾秒),
衝刺60秒
做完一個動作最快都要12分鐘左右,不包掛無效組
一個肌群5個動作最少都要一小時才做完
加上重訓前15分鐘跑步暖身,5分鐘伸展
重訓後10分鐘伸展這樣
全程至少耗時1小時半這樣
昨晚試了這方式,今早一醒來直接有感(之前都感覺白練了QQ)
板上巨巨們都會怎麼編排自己的暖身,適應和衝刺組呢?
