有下半身不需劇烈運動的有氧運動嗎? - 健身

大概從今年開始有長跑的習慣(一週1-2次,每次10km~15km)
這次趁過年期間連跑了四天步
先前就覺得腳有點痛
因為跑一跑就沒感覺(大誤)所以沒太在意
昨天只跑了4.6km就覺得左小腿跟腳底痛得受不了
因此得休息一陣子Orz
但是現在一天沒做有氧運動又感覺怪怪的…
想請教大家有沒有下半身不用劇烈運動也可達到有氧效果的運動?
