有人倒掛單槓做腹肌訓練嗎? - 健身

如題,小魯現在一週只訓練一次腹肌部位,
從一開始的狂操猛練腹肌
到聽了健身教練的建議後
現在一週只練一次腹肌,
目前對腹肌的訓練不外乎是斜板10kg負重仰臥
、滾輪、斜板仰臥再由朋友手壓離心訓練
將軍椅…etc
以上最討厭負重仰臥,
可能本身下背不夠力或自己施力不正確
常常導致下背有疼痛感,
但它偏偏我覺得最有效。
想問各位前輩,如果買倒掛套掛單槓做仰臥
這個效果會比以上列舉的更能刺激嗎?
