之前背腰傷到花了快半年時間才好
沒想到4個月腰又爆了
重訓受傷可能性較小 我重訓全都用機械器材
都有椅子支撐...
不知道跟我久坐(寫程式)和偶而要負重(搬收銀機)的工作 是否有關
也懷疑自己是否有僵直性脊椎炎
還在等看報告....
想問一下
背部的訓練有哪些是要避免的
引體向上或滑輪下拉 是否對腰有引響
胸部訓練 像臥推 腳要放在椅子上還是椅子下
才不會拱腰去臥推
