我做了鄭多燕三個禮拜,
一個禮拜做四天
一次二片,地板運動+穿的像嘻哈舞(第一片)
或地板運動+啞玲的
每次幾乎一小時多,
每次跳的都很累,但三個禮拜過去了,體重只有不動
沒有下降
反觀我去年及前年及大前年,
夏天的時候,
游泳一個禮拜游四次,剛開始游的話,平均一個禮拜會掉個二公斤
掉了差不多三、四公斤就會不動,但也不會那麼累,效果也比較好
手臂、大腿、小腹、肚子都會變細變扁(因為自由式)
結論是一個月內瘦三、四公斤絕對沒問題,但之後體重會不動
然後就不游,等到隔年四、五月又胖了三、四公斤(冬天吃太多,春天也吃太多)
,又再減。一直這樣重覆循環
但鄭多燕我跳的好灰心好灰心,已經三個禮拜了 體重連一公斤也沒下降
好累又好灰心,看不出效果真的快撐不下去,覺得自己做這個,體重都沒掉
褲子一樣扣不起來
好想游泳(因為很有效果),但要去台北通車,每天通車時間都三個小時,
到游泳池都很晚了
而且晚上都在圖書館準備做考題,準備考多益,
看到這麼累,這麼努力,但沒成果,有種想崩潰的感覺。
難怪之前看到一篇報導說,減肥還是快速減下來最有效,也可以維持不復胖較久
拖太久,沒減下來,只會折磨意志力,然後就放棄
