運動瘦身~~大家運動多久開始體重減輕 - 美體

這可能是月經文了,
一天到晚都有人問運動怎麼體重沒有減輕,
我˙也˙是˙阿!!!!
連續慢跑了一個月多十天。
剛開始是跑走30分鐘,
到現在可以連續跑40分鐘,大約5400m,
水也一定都有喝到2000以上。
不過飲食沒有改變,跟開始跑之前一樣。
當然很認真的爬過文,運動減肥一開始未必能夠減輕體重,
可能還會體重增加,但是身型會有改變,看起來有變瘦......等等。
只是~~~~還是會很在意體重阿!!!!!
所以我只是想靠么一下~~~~~~~~~~~

也有聽過一種說法是,一開始體重不會變,但持續下去,體重會飛奔而下
喔~~~~需要持續下去的動力阿!!!!
btw有人也是在新竹人工湖慢跑的嗎?
