想說是不是有自然提高睪固酮的補充品可以吃
看了一下成分好像除了鋅鎂B群外,多數都是加草藥萃取物,什麼人參,葡萄籽,蒺藜,瑪
卡,葫蘆巴之類的,感覺跟壯陽成藥有87%像
雖然實驗不多,但有些好像有實驗對照過的確長期服用有顯著提升力量,肉量跟睪固酮濃度
有板友吃過這類產品嗎,有沒有覺得真的有幫助? "附加作用"又如何呢?謝謝大家~
