小弟自宅健身員
最近把啞鈴增加兩公斤
結果不知不覺受傷
做這個動作的時候肩窩超痛

其實平常我對開肩挺重視的,暖身時蠻多關於肩膀的伸展操
就是忽略了這個旋轉的環節
想請問有沒有針對肩窩旋轉靈活度的訓練方式
