在家裡的運動
大部分的人應該會選擇有氧舞蹈、有氧拳擊
或是利用室內健身車、跑步機、滑步機...等等健身器材
想請問的是
有沒有人嘗試過
在室內原地跑步或是踏步運動的呢?
當然是要鋪上軟墊
一方面避免吵到樓下鄰居
一方面也可以提供緩衝,保護腳踝跟膝蓋
還可以一邊看電視或聽音樂...等等
但自己嘗試過幾次
室內原地跑步的運動強度
應該比在外面慢跑還要低一些
畢竟是原地,而不像外面跑步會前進
想請問有沒有人嘗試過這種室內原地的有氧運動呢?
