其實看到板友大多數的發文都是跟減重有關,
不知道在這邊問增重相關問題會不會不恰當(還是該去肌肉灘?)
主要是因為看到其他需要增重的人都不像我男友的問題,
所以想請問一下板友有什麼更好的意見。
我男友身高180但體重才50出頭,
(大多數看到的板友想增重至少都比他重10公斤),
雖然他說不上是不健康但是身體常常出毛病讓我很擔心,
他自己之前有做過好一陣子的努力,
每天都吃六餐,主餐的肉食都以炸食搭配珍奶食用,
配上乳清蛋白及每天重訓,這樣的狀況持續一個月才胖3公斤到55。
(但一開始不重訓之後就瞬間瘦下來了...)
現在因為他比較忙有時會忽略早餐,所以最近想說要幫他變胖一點,
但首先是他腸胃不太好,不太能喝牛奶跟豆漿,
所以靠這兩者增重可能不太有辦法...。
我自己目前幫他做的安排如下:
1. 早餐:
糙米漿一杯
蔥油餅+兩片火腿+蛋+炸/煎香腸+咖啡+水果一碗
2.午餐(上班自行解決)
3. 下午茶:
鳳梨酥、月餅類型的小糕點兩到三個
4. 運動:
重訓後喝奶昔(香草冰淇淋兩球+三湯匙花生醬+兩湯匙巧克力醬)
(還是直接喝乳清蛋白比較有效?)
5. 晚餐:
正常便當+水果
6.宵夜:
鹽酥雞+薏仁湯(這是他自己愛吃的)
我知道營養師說不可以吃太油膩,那這樣的安排是否會太油膩一點?
還有什麼地方可以再加強一下嗎?
