大家好 今天在健身房跟一個練習常常會看到的一個陌生人打招呼
原本以為他也會回我早安 結果他皺了一下眉頭沒跟我說早安。
只說了 看你練了這麼久怎麼都沒什麼動靜
讓我在今天的練習都一直在想,因為我的重量沒有很重
握推到自身體重70%而已,想說強度也沒有很重,也只是盡量吃均衡一點
早餐牛奶一杯 練習完喝豆漿+一片消化餅乾(因為看他的碳水量滿高的
午餐晚餐都是便當所以也都有肉 早餐可能會再有一顆蛋。
我練習的重量不重但是我的訓練質量都滿夠的,每次都會操到力竭。
但看了有人推薦的每日蛋白質攝取是自身體重*1.5
我算了一下應該不到,才想要開始吃乳清。

請問有人在沒屋頂買過這牌的乳清嗎?
GOOGLE了一下發現有人在PTT有發問過
說在網路買了這牌的乳清,喝起來感覺好像是假的。
我怕他也是買這間的.. 還是在台南有這牌子的實體店面可以買到乳清?
