最近接觸到 Crossfit,還在考慮要不要參加他的課程(有機會可以抽免費課程)。
看了一些網路上的影片似乎大家都練得很壯了才去玩,
或是想挑戰體能極限,如果只是想保持一定體適能的話適合嗎?
而且似乎男女老少都用同樣的重量和動作,而不是依據個人能力來做?
不曉得這套運動適合體適能什麼程度,或想達到什麼目的的人參加?
我看影片中很多動作似乎都有點用蠻力,以 walking lunges 來說,
一般後腳膝蓋不會著地避免撞擊受傷,但教練要求一定要著地;
做 burpee 的時候一般會以伏地挺身結束,但教練要求要整個人趴在地上。
還有些影片中 clean & press 做得很快,用的重量也挺驚人。
總之看完一些影片的心得是,似乎玩這個運動要很衝,因此對於安全性有點疑慮,
不曉得這些動作的要求是 Crossfit 標準,還是個別健身房/教練的標準?
另外,我的理解是 Crossfit 講究 variety 各種不同的訓練,
包含體操、有氧、重量訓練...等等,
有點類似 circuit training、bootcamp、Insanity?
另外這套運動似乎也有些爭議。
有沒有版友願意分享經驗或看法?
