有人有在跳Kitty 有氧強力瘦身操的嗎 - 健身

三個禮拜前開始跳youtube 上面的 Kitty 強力瘦身操
前幾次跳 每次感覺快飛上天了 (我平常都有在運動 體能應該還算可以)
最近都是每天跳 或是 隔天跳
感覺肉有變緊實一點 打球的時候也更不容易喘
簡單來說就是身體變好 變更輕盈了
現在我是都一次做4段 每段10分鐘 所以總共是40分鐘
之前跳完40分鐘都會累的沒辦法繼續
今天跳完以後 竟然進步了 感覺還可以繼續下去
想嘗試看看第五段 但又有點害怕 (第五段又是一直跳跳跳 跳不停)
不知道有在跳的人 都是跳多長呢?
還有我有一個疑問
因為它彈跳的腳動作很多 會不會長期跳下來大腿小腿變粗?
