純粹想閒聊XD
(不知道可不可以發這種牢騷文XD如果不行我在自刪)
每天控制飲食跟運動約半年
沒有很特定的飲食法
主要就是吃食物原型,
吃很多蛋白質跟減少碳水比例
且幾乎完全不碰精緻澱粉(兩周可能只有一餐會有?)
(連我自己生日,
同事要幫我慶生都已經知道我不吃蛋糕
改用茶葉蛋們幫我慶生XDDDDD)
現在每天最快樂的就是早餐或午餐
可以吃地瓜或全麥吐司夾燻雞蛋~~~~~~~阿私
還有如果工作壓力大心情不好
去樓下全家抓一顆地瓜大口剋掉,心情也會頓時間被療癒~~~~~~
知道該適量(必須但不過量)攝取碳水才有力氣重訓
(我自己大概是抓35%左右)
但是從"吃的乾淨"開始會發現
吃碳水化合物真的會讓心情變好阿阿阿阿
(對我來說這是吃一堆肉也無法取代的XDDDD)
有人跟我一樣嗎~~~~~~
每天都很期待也很珍惜XD
可以好好吃碳水的時光!!!
