各位巨巨和水水早安
我想問有人減脂時吃東西會秤重嗎?
油油我前陣子太放蕩 油又多了一圈
所以只好乖乖減脂
目前澱粉主要以烤地瓜(買整箱地瓜回來自己烤)為主
晚餐會吃一碗白飯約150g
蛋白質來源就 雞胸肉 豆腐 雞蛋 低脂牛奶 乳清 魚肉
搭上水煮青菜撒點胡椒鹽或香料鹽吃
吃之前都會拿到料理秤上秤一下記錄
不知道有沒有人這樣做?
另外基礎代謝率前兩天量是1800
但是因為一週五天的一個小時重訓+
一週三次的20分鐘間歇
所以我都吃到2100- 2200左右
這樣應該還可以吧?
希望有在減脂的版友一起討論一下
