看到你說胸部抽筋
讓我想到我在練胸前引體向上時
大概做了3~4組後
想說也做不到八下
乾脆在最後一下 下巴ㄍ一ㄥ在槓上
ㄍㄧㄣ到撐不住 下槓後
胸肌間的中線有刺痛感
大概十分鐘就會恢復
不知是最後用力不對還是怎樣?
