我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是

有沒有在服用思樂康等藥物
聽說有一些人吃了思樂康會變胖
我從44→58,現在正在運動減脂中
(體脂22→27.5)
正在服用的藥物有思樂康/fm2...等
每日就Insanity+8MIN level2
隔天並不會痠痛,有量力而為
假如藥物真的會有肥胖的副作用
那我是不是需要更多的有氧or重訓呢?
因為病情的關係沒在工作/上學
時間很多
午餐&晚餐都是便當,
菜過水,假如是雞就去雞皮
(因為經濟關係,都吃男朋友家的便當)
早猜通常沒吃,因為心情會影響作息一直睡
爬不起來

請大家給我意見,不好意思了!
另,一天大約兩根香蕉or蘋果*2
(運動前吃一個,運動後吃一個)
是否碳水化合物過多?
食量很小,盡量少量多餐
把便當都吃光(至少澱粉都吃光)
雖然平時都在爬文
還是搞不太清楚
想要獲得些資訊
需要各位鞭了
