運動瘦身從去年五月底開始到現在,
一週約4-5 天,每次ㄧ小時,
體脂肪從34到現在24.4 ,還在努力中,
昨日在運動中心,使用器材約 50分後,
想說去跑步機跑一下,再離開去上班。
結果跑加快走約20分後,我整個臉腫起來,凹凸不平,嘴也麻了,趕快拉著先生回家,說
我怎麼過敏了?騎回家不到5分,我不只臉,脖子,全身大腿小腿滿滿都紅腫,後來吃了
藥,現在只剩臉還有些紅。
醫生說我是運動引起蕁麻疹,
我昨天因早餐吃還蠻飽,想說運動完若餓,再喝豆漿,不夠再吃點東西,所以中午只吃了
半條魚而已,那種魚我很常吃,昨吃也沒覺味道不對,而且因為一起吃的家人都沒事。
我從來沒有蕁麻疹過,
我想過要不要再吃ㄧ次魚,再運動看到底是魚,還是別的問題引起,
因為昨天醫生叫我以後運動前,先吃顆過敏藥避免。
若這問題不適合在這詢問,我再刪除,
非常謝謝。
