我開始減肥大約快兩週
體重掉大概1~2公斤..
感覺很沒成就感T.T
而且這禮拜要吃回基代 (上週都能吃少就吃少..)
體重又升了一些上去..
發現這兩週下來
控制飲食+運動、重訓 (上半身)
發現自己雖然上半身贅肉有消
可是下半身卻怎樣也瘦不下來..
大腿跟小腿還是一樣的垂
請問一下這是正常的嗎?
我要持續慢跑就好還是要加強一下下半身鍛鍊 = =?
