有動就會瘦 - 減肥

記得之前有人說過有動就會瘦
只是效果和效率的高低不同而已
所以假設以一個沒有減肥目標的人來說
飲食還有其他生活習慣如果都相同
完全不運動&規律一個禮拜慢跑2次持續一年
兩者會出現體態上的不同嗎
還是只有健康程度會有差異而已
