有口感又健康的手搖飲料? - 健身

其實我不算是重度飲料愛好者
基本上我只喝現泡的手搖茶
夏天一週頂多喝一杯,冬天的話大概好幾個禮拜才一杯
而且都是挑無糖茶類,若是添加天然物(加鮮奶、鮮果汁之類)的飲料
但有個點我一直很難戒,就是我喜歡喝「有口感」的手搖茶
不論是加珍珠、寒天晶球、椰果、仙草、愛玉、紅豆、綠豆...都好
珍珠我知道熱量高,如果有其他代替品的話就會盡量避免
寒天晶球、愛玉是我的首選,但卻只能喝冷的,熱飲無法加
想請問一下,如果想在飲料中加些有口感的東西,但又不希望熱量太高
有什麼項目可以選擇呢?
