有可能吃得多一點瘦得快一點嗎? - 減肥

大家好,本人肥宅
我從128公斤開始減肥的時候已經做了功課
用tdee計算機算出我的bmr大約是2400大卡
於是我也讓自己一天都吃大約2400大卡
搭配兩天一次的自宅啞鈴運動
效果明顯有感,4個月減了16公斤
在接近四個月時去量了inbody
發現我的bmr只有1860
(但網站計算機算出是2200左右)
於是我開始讓自己只吃到1900大卡
工作內容和運動頻率及飲食內容不變
但三個月出頭過後只才又減了11公斤
吃得比較少但減重速度卻變慢了?
如果不考慮掉肌肉的話這是有可能的嗎?
