前陣子用斷食法,抱歉沒拍照記錄可以附圖
11天斷食心得 我178cm
5/5~5/16 (86.6kg--->78.9kg)
1.早上慢跑70分鐘+晚上健身房80分鐘 一天大約運動2.5小時
2.周一到周五我基本不進食 六日聚會控制在500cal 但畢竟是人很想吃東西
那陣子可口可樂 Zero 超商買兩瓶特價39 我買了一箱
靠Zero可樂 撐過去
5/17~5/27 (車禍休養+感覺健身有舊傷不想動)
1.體重回到83kg (耍廢每天喝拿鐵+晚餐手搖飲烏龍茶喝起來)
5/28~6/3
1.正常飲食+每天運動維持約2.5小時+跑步控制7分速/公里
2.體重回到80.8kg
3.重訓可以舉到86.6kg的水準,所以肌肉感覺沒有掉太多
斷食法真的蠻激烈的但過程真的極度痛苦尤其到第三天左右
