想要增重
想請大家幫忙推薦一些高熱量
但又不會造成身體負擔的食物
什麼甜食、炸雞排那些就不用了
我目前每週重訓4-5次
三餐正常吃(外食族)
早餐可能吃2個三明治+1個御飯糰
午餐、晚餐大概就吃一般便當
一天中的零食大概有:
1.5塊水煮雞胸、1顆蒸地瓜、
2-3顆水煮蛋、1顆饅頭、1個御飯糰、
1-2份ON低熱量乳清、400CC無糖豆漿
堅果少許、香蕉1條
這真的差不多我的極限了
再多吃不太下去
而且上班時也不一定能有空吃東西
體重是有增加 但真的有點緩慢
我在想是不是熱量再提高一點
可能體重會增加比較快
不知道有哪些食物食品熱量高、方便吃、長期吃也不會對身體造成負擔的呢?
