本來就不是很喜歡跑步 以前只有踩飛輪
因為跑步右膝蓋會痛 加上胸前超過E的負擔實在有點大......
為了要讓身體負荷能跟另一半大吃的節奏又不至於變胖太多
開始踏上了重訓之路XDD
久了之後發現 越來越排斥有氧 對重訓越來越有興趣
但是時間一久發現沒做有氧真的肚子減不下來
想問有沒有女生跟我一樣不喜歡跑步的XD
除了游泳(家附近沒游泳池)
都做甚麼樣的有氧運動呢?
附帶一提 以前我也是聽到重訓會很排斥的女生
可是開始重訓之後發現體態改善很多 駝背 圓肩都有明顯的改善
沒有甚麼在跑步 可是久久跑一次會發現體力一次比一次好
重訓出興趣之後自己當起鍵盤物治 矯正膝蓋痛的問題
雖然跑步膝蓋還是會不太舒服 但也比以前好很多
女生真的不要怕!!!一起來重訓!!!真的好處多多
