本身六日有參加業餘聯盟的棒球比賽
(觀山校友聯盟or中正橋雙和聯盟)
想問本身有在打棒球跟重訓的朋友
這是我目前的原則
比賽前一天不重訓(純有氧 跑步機or拳擊有氧)
比賽當天結束不重訓也不做任何訓練 純休息
(曾經試過一次 力量出不來)
想問的是比賽後一天
各位會選擇?
1.純有氧
2.照常重訓 但退重量(比如臥推第一組35kg變成30kg)
3.純休息
