假設我每日消耗為2800卡(一週排完全身重訓,但不有氧)
而每天只攝取2000卡(足夠的蛋白質、醣類,低脂)
照數據上看起來十天後會少掉一公斤,請問這一公斤是脂肪..?肌肉..?..還是?
我知道減脂的最佳途徑為有氧。
