小弟178公分 目前71左右
這體重是減肥下來的 我想要開始來做重量訓練
平常都是慢跑
想問一下大家會推薦怎樣分配時間
應該是要1天有氧1天重訓吧?可是我還想繼續瘦下去 這樣運動量會不夠吧!?
還是慢跑回來洗個澡在做重訓
老實說我目前的癥結點在於一天有氧一天重訓運動量會不夠 瘦不下去…
每次約慢跑3500 30分鐘
