有氧減肥可以瘦到看起來像紙片人嗎? - 減肥

我是女的,我看起來算瘦
但是還是胖的感覺
我165/51 年齡已經24了
現在每天都會運動,都是慢跑45~50分(大學操場)
之後會來個最後衝刺(應該是快跑吧)
最後才拉筋做一些伸展,伸展大概15分以上
接著會做伏地起身跟仰臥起坐各100下
我知道我這樣身材應該還OK
只是我想追求更瘦的境界
目前~小腿圍35cm 大腿圍54cm 手臂圍25cm
現在這樣的運動形態就是每天跑步,睡前瑜珈
一星期至少游泳一兩次,我只會蛙式,自由式腿太酸動不了囧
我八月中開始這樣減肥的
我想要像電視上的模特兒那樣瘦
也就是說身體圍都至少要減5公分以上
有人這樣運動而變成紙片人嗎?
說紙片人好像不太洽當,應該就是看起來精瘦那樣
只是我又怕長肌肉?(但是看文一直說沒那麼好長)
而且我連續跑了兩星期以上,小腿圍還是一樣很粗
小腿都會有腫腫+酸痛的感覺,但是跑步又感覺還好
不會特別困擾,只是跑完,到家
腿就會感覺很腫加上一點點酸痛,這是哪裡有問題呢?
因為我真的很想要瘦到45公斤差不多
所以天天都一定會去運動,而吃的
我還蠻正常吃的~所以有人可以給一下建議嗎

想要瘦到穿S號還真辛苦
因為胖了以前的S號褲子都不能穿,蠻沮喪的ˊˋ
跑步我不看圈數,是看跑幾分鐘,所以跑步時間需再加長嗎?
