先附上我原本的數據:
性別:女
年齡:27
身高:167
體重:80
體脂:43% (是體脂計有問題,還是我身體有問題阿…囧)
肌肉:25%
身體年齡:55歲
工作日夜顛倒+愛吃+便秘,體重直接飆到80。
我在高中發現心臟病+開刀之後就開始變胖,體脂肪永遠在30%以上
因為胖導致沒自信,走路都低頭,也不願意參加任何聚會,
於是決定要擺脫這種不健康不開心的生活!!
我覺得與其說是減肥,不如說是徹底改善生活習慣!!
我採用的方式就是「少吃多動不熬夜」,
吃的話我就不清楚交代了,大致上是晚上吃少一點,避開油炸物
我原本就不喝飲料,很愛喝水,然後增加蔬菜水果的量(便秘再見~~^^)
運動的話基本是維持一天一萬步+一週有氧三次,養成多動的好習慣
有一陣子是騎腳踏車去公司上班,來回20km (但是冬天逆風…一直感冒就停了)
20個月真是不長不短的時間,雖然我瘦的速度不是很快,
可是很健康,感冒過敏都不來找我了,也沒有肥胖紋 :)
阿! 我好像還沒說我減了多少........
以下是目前的數據:
身高:167
體重:80→60
體脂:43%→27.5%
肌肉:25%→27.9%
身體年齡:55歲→32歲
體圍共少89cm

其實我目前還在努力中啦>"< 目標是體脂肪能夠降到正常範圍!!
(我也會碰到不想努力的時候,那我就不勉強自己,
因為我知道自己的個性,若是讓自己太辛苦,就會因為太累想要放棄!!
但是我會儘快讓自己調整回來~~ 多看看別人的好身材來激勵自己XD)
除了有氧之外也會多嘗試不同的運動,讓自己比較不容易厭倦~~
最近買了一台X-Bike,邊看電視邊騎好開心~~^^
希望11月拍婚紗的時候,能讓自己很滿意的成果!!
不過我還是要繼續加油,畢竟減肥最主要還是為了身體健康>////<
