有氧與重訓 - 健身

小弟目前進行踏步機有氧為30MIN
一周約3~4次 與重訓時間分開
飛輪有氧為一周一次60MIN
重訓則是一周4天
想請問是否會因為過多有氧而影響到肌肥大的訓練
