今天我在做有氧的時候 LEVEL:10 RPM(轉速):4X
旁邊過來一個人做我旁邊那台
她朋友過來指導她 朋友曰:你不用踩太重 RPM踩70就可以了
踩久就會瘦了
於是我心中浮現了一個問題
Q:有氧機最好的效率是?
A:高LEVLE
B:高RPM
C:兩個都高?(廢話...別選這個我會吐血)
D:只要踩到心跳130以上即可,跟LEVLE RPM無關
