有氧與重量的困惑 - 健身

小弟前幾天有發一篇文章但還是有些疑問
小弟我目前是在離島澎湖讀書
而學校的健身房開的時間是晚上七點到九點
然後我游泳池有買月票
我目前大四還蠻閒的
目前是打算一個禮拜練六天
然後每天慢跑5KM跟游泳2KM
健身也順便燃脂當然也想把肌肉練大且結實一點
然後禮拜一休息(游泳池沒開)
我是打算下午游泳慢跑晚上做重量
可是看板上說好像先做重量在做有氧比較好
請問這樣效果會不好嗎?
因為練完一個部位的重量好像要休息48小時比較好
如果我練完手臂跟胸等又去游泳這樣會不會休息不夠或是肌肉會長不大?
還有請問我的菜單該怎樣安排比較好?
請板上各位大大給我ㄧ些建議感激不盡^^
