我目前174 63.5 體脂12%
因為早上要上課 下午要上班
比較自由的時間只有早上上課以前 以及中午下課以後 上班以前的時段
覺得體脂還不夠低 想要降到8%
原本計畫早上跑步 中午重訓 間隔大概四小時
大部分人認為先有氧後重訓的效率比較差
但如果是間隔4小時呢?
先重訓後有氧 跟先有氧後重訓的效果會有差嗎?
