小弟星期二~星期日會去游泳2000m/hr 星期一休息
最近一個月每逢星期二早上量體重的時候 體重會一次少了三~四公斤
等到開始運動後 體重再慢慢上昇
每個星期從星期二早上開始會少三~四公斤
星期三~星期一體重會慢慢上升二~三公斤
等到星期二又會再減三~四公斤
每天作息吃喝都差不多 只是星期一沒有去運動
很納悶為什麼體重會差這麼多?
