相信很多人都知道
運動對於延緩老化有妙不可言的作用.....
可是呀...如果要說到到底每天要做多少運動
才會有好的抗老作用的話
我個人是沒有多少概念
有人知道每天要做多少運動對於延緩老化
會有很好的作用嗎???
比方說 天天做多少運動
5年後臉也不會留下歲月的traces之類的
當然化妝那種的就不算了啦^
