三餐內容
早餐:蒸地瓜1~1.5碗+無糖豆奶150cc+微糖薏仁露150cc+蘋果一顆
午餐:便當一份~通常吃池上便當的招牌便當~
水果一份
晚餐:半碗飯+兩大碗的菜+一點肉
其他:偶爾嘴饞
日常作息時間:11~12點睡,7~8點起來
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:跑步機~速度8.5 共50分鐘 每周四次
健身車~速度29~30 共40分鐘 每周兩次
我的問題:去年六月體重在65~體脂在29,30左右
而我目前的體重停滯了差不多2個月了,沒有進展...
應該是身體又達到平衡了吧!
運動方面我目前不打算增加~因為膝蓋已經開始有點負荷不了~
開始會痛了~
我知道大家說減肥瘦哪裡跟基因有關~
我的下盤很大,心裡想應該8公斤全堆在那了...
為有除掉那8公斤才有除掉那大肚與肥腿的可能~
前幾天牛仔褲的扣子還繃開!誇張...
我的飲食上還要做甚麼調整才能順利減掉那8公斤呢?
還有前幾天我在社區健身房跑跑步機時,有個小孩
很直接的對著我大喊:「大屁股~大屁股~我看到大屁股了~」
Orz 無奈~但也是事實...加上對方只是個孩子!
只能說小孩真的不會說謊...但也太直接了~
後來聽那小孩滿嘴:「大便」
我也不計較了~沒教養吧~
