最近爬了一些文章發現
消耗熱量和減脂的效果是 重訓 >>>> 有氧
有些人是只做重訓不做有氧,也可以保持很好的身材
讓我產生一個疑問,有氧運動是否有必要?
長期不做有氧(但是有維持重訓的習慣)會不會對身體帶來不好的影響?
還是說有些有氧運動帶來的好處是重訓沒辦法取代的??
