進去健身房
有氧跟重訓那個先作比較好?
就我在中正運動中心的觀察
就針對有作重訓的人,好像一半一半
有些人一進來,簡單伸展完之後,就開始重訓了,
從腹部胸部開始作,從中間往外的順序訓練肌肉。
做完之後,有的人就離開了,有的人則跑去作有氧:跑步機、腳踏車機、交叉機
也有人先去作有氧的,然後才去重量訓練,像我就是這樣。
感覺好像沒有規定哪一種要先作
不過我有個ABC同事,他在美國念大學的時候修過健身的課程
他說他都是 先有氧在重量的
不過從實際上的觀察看來,似乎不見得大家都照表操課
