有沒有人刻意去練寛腿深蹲 - 健身

想請問一下有沒有人刻意去練比自己平常站距更寬的寬腿深蹲。又該怎麼練呢?
會有這個問題是因為我自己平常是高背槓深蹲,站距與髖同寬。站比髖更寬我該邊會不舒服。我己經試過很多次了。
做相撲硬舉的時候常常覺得髖這邊的壓力蠻大,反而對我來說不太好出力。
長期我都是練高背槓深蹲跟傳統硬舉,覺得自己的腿內收肌群滿明顯的比起腿外側跟股前沒有練到。
目前想要練看看寬站深蹲當做輔助項。但比較少看到有人或YT在討論這一塊要怎麼訓練。
不曉得有沒有前輩對這塊訓練比較熟悉的,可以分享一下嗎。謝謝。
