如題
我想其實應該很多女孩跟我一樣
BMI值很正常(雖說體脂就不一定了...)
但是就是想要再瘦一點
我自己是168/54~55
身邊有不少瘦瘦的女孩都是167/48甚至45還有43的
我原本國高中的體重是59左右,上了大學(受到同學刺激)
才變成現在的54(不過還是會有同學說"什麼?妳54??")
去年暑假遵行吃到基代(大概抓1400~1600左右)、一周運動5次的方式
從大約56到52 但現在復胖了-,-
我之前還滿愛游泳的,運動大概都可以游到2.5公里左右
但是其實游泳肩膀會變很寬 非 常 醜!!!
我小時候就是太常游現在肩寬四十幾...
去年暑假游了一段時間發現又變寬了!!就改成去跑步
跑步我比較可以接受,它對體態調整程度普普,
對體重降低幾乎沒幫助( ′-`)y-~
以上其實只是閒談
有沒有女孩是正常身材然後瘦到讓人覺得"輕"的體重呢?
又是用什麼方法?
